• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of armed security personnel in the field.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies state regulations and federal laws concerning the possession and use of firearms.
• Conduct regular briefings training sessions and performance evaluations for armed staff.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans including active shooter protocols and evacuation procedures.
• Perform onsite inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety standards and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed incident reports daily activity logs and security assessments for management review.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies fire departments and emergency services as needed.
• Manage scheduling shift rotations and workload distribution to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Identify and mitigate potential security risks through proactive threat analysis.
• Maintain accurate inventory of weapons ammunition and other security equipment.

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid stateissued firearm permit for Nebraska (or ability to obtain one).
• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or related field preferred.
• Certification from a recognized armed security training program (e.g. NCIS ASIS).
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal firearms regulations.
• Strong leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
• Physical fitness to perform duties that may require prolonged standing walking and handling of firearms.
• Clean background check with no felony convictions.

• 2 years of experience in armed security or law enforcement roles.
• Previous supervisory or teamlead experience overseeing armed personnel.
• Demonstrated experience in emergency response and incident management.
• Familiarity with security technology such as radios CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience interacting with local law enforcement and emergency services.
