Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise armed security personnel in daytoday field operations.
• Plan coordinate and execute patrol operations access control and surveillance monitoring across assigned sites.
• Respond to incidents emergencies and conflict situations ensuring swift resolution and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce security compliance standards.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage client relations addressing security concerns and providing updates on operational status.
• Oversee personnel management tasks including scheduling training performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and monitor security policies ensuring all team members follow established procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

• Valid drivers license or state-issued ID
• Social Security card
• Valid Level 3 Guard Card
• Most recent Level 3 training certificate
• MMPI (Psych Evaluation)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to successfully pass an additional in-depth background check required for assignment to a government facility

• Full-size 9mm .40 or .45 caliber firearm (compact firearms are not accepted; Glock 19 or SIG Sauer P320 recommended)
• Level 2 or higher hard-shell firearm holster
• Duty belt
• Three magazines total including two magazine holders
• Hollow-point ammunition
• At least one pair of handcuffs with holster and key (two pairs recommended)
• At least one non-lethal item: Taser OC gel or baton

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least two years of security experience
