Position Overview
VETS Securing America (VSA) is seeking experienced and professional Armed Field Supervisors to oversee security operations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This leadership role requires a strong background in security law enforcement or military service and the ability to supervise personnel while ensuring the highest level of safety compliance and operational performance.

Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Level III (Commissioned Security Officer) License
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in:

- Strong communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage field personnel and ensure compliance with company and client standards
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support armed security personnel in the field
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Ensure officers comply with post orders and company policies
- Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and document operational activities as required
