Area Coach

Ready for your next step in multi-unit leadership One of the largest and fastest-growing multi-brand franchise organizations in the country is looking for an experienced Area Coach to lead a group of Taco Bell restaurants in the Norfolk market.

This organization has more than tripled its Taco Bell footprint in under eight years and continues to grow. It has the training HR finance and development support of a large operator plus a culture that backs its people including an employee hardship fund that has helped team members through tough times.

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop a group of Taco Bell General Managers across multiple restaurants
  
• Own P&L results for your area: sales growth labor food cost and controllables
  
• Build bench strength by identifying coaching and promoting future leaders
  
• Drive operational excellence brand standards food safety and guest experience
  
• Conduct regular restaurant visits audits and action plans to close performance gaps
  
• Partner with operations leadership on new openings remodels and growth initiatives
  

What You Bring

• Required: At least 5 years of Taco Bell experience
  
• Multi-unit leadership experience (Area Coach District Manager or similar) strongly preferred
  
• Proven track record of improving sales profit and team retention
  
• Strong coaching skills with a history of developing GMs into top performers
  
• Solid financial acumen and comfort managing to a P&L
  
• Ability to travel throughout the Norfolk area
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
