Architectural Project Manager

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Charlotte NC area for a local individual with 10 years experience as an Architectural Project Manager with a background in K-12 and Higher Educational projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits Life insurance a 401K w/ matching bonus potential flexible spending account PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• 10 years of Architectural Project Management experience preferably with K-12 and higher education

• Experience with Project Delivery responsibilities including: Design/Consultant Collaboration Client management Drawings Production Scheduling etc.

• Knowledge of (and ability to research) building codes related to the design and construction of K-12 Education Higher Education Municipal/Civil Retail Restaurants Commercial Medical Mixed Use and Faith-based construction projects.

• Experience with Revit Bluebeam and Microsoft (word excel outlook) are a MUST

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is a MUST
• License to practice Architecture is a PLUS!
