A small but busy architectural firm located in Annapolis MD is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager to manage their office. The firm specializes in the design and documentation of high-end residential and custom commercial projects. Typical projects include: new construction and additions to commercial structures including restaurants office buildings community buildings religious facilities recreational facilities and educational buildings. Management duties will include: marketing networking the capacity to do commercial and residential design work code knowledge and manage a small office. #IND
