Radical Renovations is looking to hire an architectural drafter to work with our in-house design team to create residential construction documents. We are looking for a self-motivated well-organized is a salary position and working a 40-hour minimum week is a requirement.
General Role:
As a Architectural Drafter your role is to aid in producing construction documents and help maintain client relationships. Youd work in collaboration with design team on assigned projects. Having an ability to collaborate take initiative and maintain a positive attitude is a must.

Qualifications:
- Entry level 2 - 4 years experience in the architecture design industry residential experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at on time.
- Must have at least 4-year bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn new systems technical programs and skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently on a task.
- Demonstrated computer and social media skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Chief Architect or Revit.
- Experience in 3D modeling is preferred.
- Must be a resident of Pennsylvania or be able to commute to location daily.
- Reliable means of transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Survey job sites to produce as-bult plans.
- Drafting proposed plans based on scope for bid set documents and estimating.
- Collaboration with design team to build out final construction documents set.
- 3D models.
- Create revision sets when necessary for all active construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontracted engineers and architects for load calculations and stamped plan sets.
- Send out requests for bids to vendors as necessary.
- Submit information for permits to Township.
- Attend site visits and or client meetings.
- Must be local to the area and able to be in house every day
