What Youll Do:
Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of projects.
Prepare construction documents specifications and code analyses.
Monitor project budgets schedules and quality standards.
Stay current on design trends technologies codes and regulations.
Mentor emerging design professionals.
Support client relationships business development efforts and project interviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
Current architectural licensure required.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial design experience.
Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with SketchUp Bluebeam Enscape or similar software.
Strong knowledge of planning construction technologies codes and regulations.
Experience coordinating project teams consultants and contractors.
