Architect Project Manager

As a Project Manager within the Master Plan Advisory group you will help guide projects from concept through implementation by supporting feasibility studies site planning density studies and development strategy initiatives. This role requires a highly visual and detail-oriented professional capable of producing compelling graphics and presentations while collaborating with clients planners architects and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage master planning and advisory projects from inception through completion
• Support planning initiatives across Mixed Use Education Healthcare Institutional Industrial and Life Sciences sectors
• Conduct site assessments feasibility studies and due diligence reviews
• Develop 2D and 3D density studies and conceptual site layouts
• Assist with implementation planning and constructability considerations
• Support zoning analysis and entitlement processes
• Participate in site selection and development strategy efforts

Graphic & Presentation Development

• Create high-quality planning graphics diagrams and visual presentations
• Develop polished client-facing PowerPoint presentations
• Translate complex planning concepts into clear visual communication materials
• Support conceptual planning exercises and site planning graphics

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with architects urban planners infrastructure consultants and project teams
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles
• Support collaborative planning workshops and project meetings
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Project Oversight

• Track project schedules budgets and deliverables
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning
• Assist with resource coordination and project reporting
• Support the continued growth of the Master Plan Advisory practice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Urban Design Urban Planning or related field
• 56 years of professional experience in architecture or master planning
• Background in architecture preferred; interiors experience alone is not sufficient
• Strong graphic and visual presentation skills
• Advanced PowerPoint experience required
• Proficiency with SketchUp and/or AutoCAD
• Understanding of master planning zoning entitlement processes and site feasibility
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willingness to travel occasionally nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-jurisdiction zoning and planning regulations
• Exposure to development strategy and implementation planning
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement processes
• Experience supporting large-scale planning or advisory initiatives
