Join a nationally recognized 100% employee-owned architecture and design firm seeking an Architect or Architectural Designer to join their diversified this role youll apply your proven experience in detailing coordination and high-quality documentation for commercial healthcare or industrial projects. This role is ideal for an architect or architectural designer who thrives in an in-office studio environment.

Architect / Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

• Contribute in SD DD CD and CA phases of a project
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial industrial or healthcare projects.
• Research and apply zoning site planning and building code requirements to ensure design compliance.
• Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural mechanical and electrical systems.
• Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for projects.
• Oversee the work of more junior staff
• Communicate with contractors consultants and clients to resolve design and construction challenges.

Architect / Architectural Designer Qualifications:

• AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
• 5 years of professional experience in architecture with commercial building projects
• Revit proficiency
• Strong construction detailing specifications and building code knowledge.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Project experience with commercial industrial or healthcare buildings
• Architectural licensure is a plus.
