Arby's Shift Manager

Pay: $18.00 $19.00 per hour based on experience Full-time

What youll do

• Lead shifts of up to 8 team members: assign positions coach and keep service moving
• Make sure food safety cleanliness and quality standards are met every shift
• Handle cash: opening and closing registers deposits and resolving shortages
• Help with inventory counts ordering and food and labor cost control
• Train new team members and support their development
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Follow company policy and all wage-and-hour and labor laws including breaks and minor work rules
• Other duties as assigned

What were looking for

• 1 year of restaurant or food-service experience; supervisory experience preferred
• ServSafe certification is a plus (well help you get certified)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Availability for opening closing weekend and holiday shifts

Physical requirements

• Able to stand and walk for a full shift
• Able to lift and carry 4050 lbs
• Able to work around hot equipment and cleaning chemicals
