Aquatics Manager

• Competitive pay based on experience: $21 - $23 per hour.

• Recruit train coach and develop a team of exceptional swim instructors
• Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to ensure operational excellence
• Provide outstanding customer service onsite.
• Assist with Swim lessons as needed.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Monitor program quality and maintain British Swim School standards
• Support business growth through member retention and exceptional customer experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism integrity positivity and accountability
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

• Experience in aquatics swim instruction fitness recreation or team management preferred
• Specialized aquatics certification is desirable but not required
• Lifeguard CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus and may be obtained during training
• One or More Years of Management Experience is preferred.

• $21 - $23 per hour
• Up to 20 hours per week

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
