About the Role
- Plan and lead engaging safe and effective water aerobics classes for members
- Modify workouts to accommodate a range of fitness levels and abilities
- Arrive early to set up equipment and ensure the pool area is ready for class
- Represent the club professionally and build strong relationships with members
- Help grow class attendance and shape the program as it develops
- Follow all pool safety and club policies
- Experience teaching aqua aerobics or group fitness preferred
- A current fitness or aquatics instructor certification (any recognized certifying body) is a plus
- Comfortable and professional interacting with members in an upscale club environment
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible class days/times will be scheduled based on member demand
- Start date within the next few weeks
- $40$50/hour based on experience
