Role: Network Operations Engineer

Location:Manhattan NY/Scarsdale NY

Duration: Full Time

Job Description: Lead data center compute storage backup and cloud infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data center operations including servers virtualization and hardware lifecycle.
Own compute storage backup and cloud infrastructure services.
Govern incident problem and change management.
Act as senior escalation for infrastructure incidents.
Drive capacity planning and performance management.
Ensure DR and BCP readiness.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
