• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour: including base pay and performance-based bonuses.
• Bonus Opportunities: monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

• Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction manufacturing painting or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see distinguish and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

• Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
• Within 72 hours: Well schedule an in-person interview

• In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments hotels moving sites construction sites etc.
