Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour: including base pay and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements
Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction manufacturing painting or even a personal hobby.
Must be able to see distinguish and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Duties:
In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool.
Communicate with the support team with questions.
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments hotels moving sites construction sites etc.
