Chesapeake Coaching of Oyster Point Psychological a distinguished coaching practice led by Dr. Billups is seeking a professional and highly organised Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. Our practice is founded on decades of experience in educational and clinical psychology offering specialised coaching services. As the first point of contact for prospective clients you will play a crucial role in managing our initial communications and scheduling ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the very beginning. This is a Full-Time remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $30 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
* Conduct professional outreach to potential clients via telephone and email to introduce our coaching services.
* Clearly articulate the value and benefits of our coaching programmes to interested individuals.
* Answer preliminary questions and provide accurate information about the practice and Dr. Billups expertise.
* Efficiently schedule initial consultations and subsequent appointments managing Dr. Billups calendar with precision.
* Maintain an organised database of client interactions and appointment details.
* Send timely appointment confirmations and reminders to clients.
* Collaborate with Dr. Billups to refine and optimise the client intake and scheduling process.
* Handle all communications with the discretion and confidentiality required in a psychological practice.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an appointment setting sales development or a client-facing administrative role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
* Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems digital calendars and other standard office software.
* A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
* Experience within a healthcare coaching or therapeutic environment is highly desirable but not essential.
