Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Application Support Production Operations.
- 3 years of experience supporting applications hosted on Azure with Azure platform administration.
- Experience managing application servers service availability and operational health.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor Application Insights Log Analytics Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics or Grafana.
- Experience in incident management problem management root cause analysis and operational support processes.
- Knowledge of Azure platform administration security patching vulnerability remediation and compliance activities.
- Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices for deployment.
- Knowledge on Infrastructure support (On-prem Windows and Linux) is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Application Support and Production Operations ensuring high availability reliability and operational health of business-critical applications.
- Administer and support Azure-hosted applications including platform configuration application servers deployments security patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor application performance and availability using Azure Monitor Application Insights Log Analytics Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics or Grafana.
- Lead incident management problem management troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) driving timely resolution and preventive actions for production issues.
- Support DevOps deployments and infrastructure operations across Azure and on-premises Windows/Linux environments while maintaining security and compliance standards.
