Mandatory Skills : Servicedesk ServiceNow ITSM
ITAR Position Require US Citizens only
This will be 2nd shift and occassional on call for P1 / P2

Job Description

5 to 8 years experience in an Application Support role AMS in Engineering domain Application Maintenance and Support
Experience installing configuring or supporting Microsoft Office Bluebeam Adobe and Engineering Applications
Strong troubleshooting skills across applications databases and hybrid cloud environments
Proven experience managing Severity 1Severity 2 incidents driving RCA and ensuring rapid restoration of service
Strong command of ITIL processes Incident Problem Change Knowledge Management
Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritization
Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that nonIT staff can understand
Issue tracking and reporting using tools

Technical Skills Required as mandatory 4 skills from below
