Job Summary:
We are seeking an Application Software Developer/Analystskilled in building and maintaining reliable software systems using Microsoft technologies.
Detailed Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads projects and ensures the success of minor applications rollouts
- Develop modify debugs and evaluate programs for functional areas including but not limited to finance human resources manufacturing and marketing
- Analyzes existing programs or formulate logic for new systems devise logic procedures prepares flowcharting performs coding and tests/debugs programs
- Recommends changes in development maintenance and system standards
- Trains users in conversion and implementation of systems
- General Support The position will have support responsibilities specific to basic applications problems. Support will require troubleshooting applications and may investigate related server and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
- Responds to emergencies as needed
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Facilitate workshops demos and training sessions.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software development.
- 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst.
- Proficiency in:
- C#/.NET
- MSSQL(Native/Entity Framework) and complex query design
- JavaScriptandfront-end frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
- Experience with MS Fabric Azure ERPs systems PowerShell DevOps Power BI or other reporting tools would be an asset
- Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) if required

Salary Range:
$77900.00-$103800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
