Key Responsibilities:
Application Development
Build maintain and integrate software applications.
Perform programming configuration and deployment of updates.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct complex software testing and validation.
Ensure smooth and stable implementation of new releases.
Configuration & Installation:
Set up and maintain application configurations.
Install and support enterprise applications.
Support & Incident Management
Review analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets.
Provide advanced application support to meet business outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with developers product managers and business teams.
Communicate effectively with users and leadership.
