Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Applications Analyst I is a business specialist and technology generalist responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies. The Applications Analyst I role is to perform functions to implement and support Epic Willow Ambulatory. Functions may range from configuration testing installing training and troubleshooting various aspects of application systems. The Applications Analyst I must develop and maintain credibility and effective working relations with customer management and IT personnel in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems as well as IT strategies issues and priorities. This position requires a motivated individual who seeks opportunities to apply technology to improving business processes within strategic system goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- Associates degree in Computer Science Information Management or related field (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
- Bachelors degree preferred.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong written communication skills including technical writing.
- Strong verbal communication skills while interacting with team members other members within the IT department and end users.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems often spanning multiple environments in a business area.
- Ability to be a team player; flexible friendly congenial and enthusiastic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Compensation Range:
$64500.00- $90500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
