Job Summary:
The API Test Lead will be responsible for managing and executing regression testing for NICE Nexidia Alvaria Real Time Optimizer and Verint Workforce Engagement. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of APIs through comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regression testing methodologies and will lead a team of testers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regression testing efforts for NICE Nexidia Alvaria Real Time Optimizer and Verint Workforce Engagement.
- Develop and implement test plans test cases and test scripts for API testing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of testing results.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for regression testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
- Document and maintain testing artifacts including test plans test cases and defect reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in API testing and regression testing.

- Experience in performance testing and load testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
