Salary:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.90 - $26.65 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidates experience qualifications and/or skillset.

Summary:

This position plays a key role in accounts payable and receivables. Manages the customer experience including processing and entering customer data in an accurate and timely manner; maintaining effective customer satisfaction and support.

Essential Functions:

• Routine customer service support with accounts receivables and payables
• Pay all vendor invoices checking for appropriate GL codes approvals & purchase orders
• Filing customer vendor invoices
• Order entry and Customer service for satellite locations
• Collections
• Deposit checks as needed
• Update paper logs and pricing
• Manage open PO Maintenance
• Create and prepare documents and spreadsheets for accruals
• Process incoming / outgoing mail
• Answer telephones in a courteous manner routes calls take messages answers routine inquiries and provides general information greets and directs visitors
• Provides prominent level of customer service and assistance to clients
• Communicate in person and through correspondence with high professionalism to vendors customers and senior leadership
• May order stock and distribute office supplies
• Support department with office duties special projects and various errands as needed
• All other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. 

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience working in the accounting field with 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
