What You Will Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members.
• Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents.
• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests including plumbing electrical HVAC appliance and general maintenance issues using strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support community upkeep.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
• Assist with vendor coordination and help ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with other maintenance team members as needed.
• Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

What You Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an environment such as multifamily housing facilities maintenance commercial properties hospitality or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades such as plumbing electrical appliance repair HVAC carpentry or general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Flexibility to support community needs including evenings weekends seasonal business demands and participation in a rotating on-call schedule of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts.
• The ability to safely perform physical work including moving equipment tools and materials as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
