Android Developer

• Build maintain and optimize native Android applications using Kotlin or Java aligned to architecture patterns defined by Mobile Dev SEs.
• Implement offline synchronization secure authentication flows encrypted local storage and robust API integration patterns.
• Develop responsive userfocused mobile interfaces with careful attention to performance usability and maintainability.
• Partner with embedded software engineers to integrate mobile features with devicelevel functionality hardware interactions or specialized platform configurations (as applicable by project).
• Work with backend and cloud engineers to build secure mobiletoAPI pipelines handle data serialization and support scalable service interactions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including security DevOps cloud and product owners.

• 3 years designing building testing and deploying Android applications
• Experience implementing mobilespecific architecture decisions: dependency management offline data sync API patterns mobile testing strategies authentication & security
• Experience integrating Android apps with backend APIs cloud services and thirdparty platforms
• Experience with Google Play Store release pipelines
• Ability to partner within collaborative crossfunctional teams delivering productionready software
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Experience with Azure or AWS
• Experience with crossplatform tools (React Native Flutter
• Experience with AIinfused development workflows such as specdriven or
• GenAIassisted programming
• Experience supporting enterprise or government environments

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
