Anatomic Pathology Manager

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an experienced Anatomic Pathology Manager to lead our anatomic pathology laboratory. Reporting to the Laboratory and Pathology Administrative Director youll oversee daily operations staffing quality management regulatory compliance and budgeting to ensure accurate timely patient results. Youll engage and inspire staff through servant leadership apply Lean principles to improve workflows and collaborate with clinical teams and external partners to advance technology and expand laboratory services. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership communication and analytical skills with a commitment to staff development continuous improvement and high-quality patient care.

Location: Padden Commerce Park (12019 NE 99th Street Vancouver WA 98662)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Hiring rangegenerally between$89800.00to $111000 annually with placement within the range based on relevant experience.

Requirements:

• Associate of Science degree requires. Bachelors of Science degree preferred.

• HTL (ASCP) preferred. HT (ASCP) required

• Minimum of 4 years of experience at the technologist level required.

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in Histology / Pathology field required

• Experience in all areas of Pathology lab including Grossing tissue processing embedding microtomy staining special stains and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) preferred.

• Experience in instrument and process validation and verification preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year experience hiring managing and developing direct reports including others who manage staff required.
