Basic Description
Provide operational analytical and technical support for workforce reporting forecasting and business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for maintaining data pipelines supporting reporting platforms performing data quality validation documenting processes and executing testing activities that improve the reliability and operational effectiveness of workforce analytics products.

Qualifications and Soft Skill Requirements
Experience supporting data integration reporting or business intelligence environments
Working knowledge of SQL GitHub Python and Databricks
Experience with data validation data reconciliation and quality assurance processes
Experience developing ETL pipelines
Strong analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel
Desired Skills
Experience creating technical documentation and operational runbooks
Familiarity with software testing regression testing and validation methodologies
Familiarity with workforce planning staffing analytics banking operations or workforce forecasting concepts
