Job Summary/Purpose

Provides leadership and guidance on project assignments and analysis for a functional area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Validates the accuracy of filings
• Manages records and communications per company guidelines
• Stays abreast of regulatory or political changes that may impact Entergy policy decision making.
• Defines protocols and requirements for data quality control and ensures that all analysis and project work adhere to requirements.
• Provides industry expertise and applies best practices to project work based on experience.
• Interacts with leadership throughout the organization to understand issues requiring analysis.
• Manage coordinate and assist in project management goal setting and other related areas.

Minimum education required of the position

• Bachelors Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience Masters Degree and Regulatory affairs experience are a plus.

Minimum experience required of the position

• Analyst Sr - At least 6 years of professional experience

Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position

• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint. Cognos and Power BI experience a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Self-starter and requires minimal supervision.
• Advanced PC skills experience in data analytics Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Strong ability to develop detailed spreadsheets required.
• Excellent organizational skills and project management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to perform other duties as required and learn new processes and technologies.

Desired Requirements

Understanding of rates and riders. Familiarity with regulatory policies and procedures.
