Job Summary

The End User Services team is responsible for assisting employees with issues related to end point hardware and software; providing technology for collaboration and managing and supporting the Helpdesk application.
The IT Technical Analyst provides support to on-site and remote users. This role will support Armada corporate headquarters and warehouses located across the United States with innovative technologies for our colleagues and customers.
To meet these goals the successful candidate should be customer focused and have good verbal and written communication skills. Technically the candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft products including Microsoft 365 as well as endpoint protection software. The role also supports printers mobile devices workstations conference room A/V equipment offsite events and minimal network trouble shooting.
This role will provide opportunities to interact with all levels of employees from entry level to the CEO in addressing issues and providing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all levels of support on end user devices and products
- Manage/deploy/update workstations and laptops including exploiting tools to ensure laptops and workstations have consistent builds
- Perform helpdesk support for supported products
- Install and support user software based on department practices
- Assist with on boarding of new users
- Document internal practices and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate software and hardware license compliance
- Implement security measures as prescribed by Cyber Security Team
- Perform administrative tasks in support of Office 365

Requirements:
- Post-high school degree completion in Information Technology or equivalent technical training in desktop/hardware support
- The position will be primarily in the Pittsburgh PA area
- Moderate travel to remote sites is required
Preferred Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in desktop/hardware support
- Experience in supporting a helpdesk
