Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with one of the leading frontier AI labs a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund Volta is building the infrastructure layer of the AI era from the ground up. We are 100 people across London Palo Alto and New York with rapid growth expectations to hundreds.

The Corporate Development Analyst supports Voltas strategic initiatives including fundraising M&A and partnership evaluation.

This role works closely with senior leadership to analyze market opportunities build financial models and support the execution of strategic transactions that shape Voltas growth.

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential transactions partnerships and strategic initiatives

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Support due diligence processes for M&A financings and partnership opportunities

• Prepare materials and analysis for board meetings investor updates and leadership discussions

• Track and analyze industry trends in AI infrastructure data centers and energy markets

• Collaborate with Finance Legal and business teams to gather data and support transaction execution

• Assist with post-transaction integration and performance tracking

• Support ad hoc strategic analyses requested by senior leadership

• 2 years of experience in investment banking private equity consulting or corporate development

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Bachelors degree in finance economics business or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools a plus

• Interest in AI infrastructure data centers or energy markets

• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
