Historic Chautauqua Dining Hall is looking for line cooks with both AM and PM availability to join our team immediately. Chautauqua Dining Hall is a Colorado-style bistro that prides itself on casual fine dining and scratch cooking.
Headed by a Michelin-trained Chef our kitchen is looking for passionate industry professionals looking to expand and grow their current skill set. Ideal applicants will possess a desire to learn proper cooking techniques basic knife skills and an ability to follow recipes consistently. The ability to multi-task communicate effectively and work safely is crucial.
The right applicant will have previous experience in garde manger grill or sauté stations and a desire to learn and grow. Our kitchen produces homemade bread pasta pizzas sandwiches ice creams and more and can offer great learning opportunities for the right individuals.
