Job Summary
Position: Order of Battle All-Source Analyst
Location: JBAB Washington DC
LCAT: Mid All-Source Analyst
Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.
Required experience and education: Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience with all-source analytics OR 12 years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
Description:
As an Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst on our team youll help your client by providing production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records.
Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft production cycles publication standards community writing styles and formats youll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and an authority on your topic your client will look to you for comprehensive production often under pressure.
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Active TS/SCI clearance. Current CI polygraph preferred.
- Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience with all-source analytics or 12 years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
3 years in order of battle analysis
Knowledge of conventional weapons systems
Experience with OSINT GEOINT or other specialized training
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.
