Position Summary

As an Aesthetician at Alchemy Face Bar youll provide customized skincare treatments educate clients on achieving their skincare goals and create an exceptional experience from consultation through checkout. Youll combine technical expertise with thoughtful recommendations to help every client feel confident in their skin.

At Alchemy we believe the best providers understand every part of the client experience. Our aestheticians are cross-trained throughout the spa creating a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to exceptional service.

What youll do

Perform skincare services according to Alchemy Face Bar protocols and standards (injectable services not required)

Create personalized treatment plans based on each clients skin goals

Educate clients on home care treatment plans and product recommendations

Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up recommendations

Maintain accurate client documentation including treatment notes allergies medications and preferences

Follow all sanitation infection control and safety standards

Maintain a clean organized and welcoming treatment space

Assist with opening and closing responsibilities stocking treatment rooms laundry and daily spa operations

Participate in ongoing education team meetings and hands-on training

Support community events pop-ups and promotional initiatives as needed

Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience

Qualifications

Current Colorado Esthetician or Colorado Cosmetology License

Colorado Advanced Peel Certification & Colorado Manual Exfoliation Certification

Ability to work the schedule outlined within this posting

Flexibility as business needs evolve while we grow into seven-day operations

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Aesthetician Compensation:

28% - 30% on net service sales

10% on product sales

100% client gratuity

Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities

Commission increase opportunities after one year

Estimated Annual Earnings:

650000 - $85000 based on schedule performance client demand retail sales and gratuities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 810 hours per shift)

Frequent walking between floors throughout the day as the treatment room is located on the second level of the spa

Bending kneeling reaching and performing repetitive hand and arm movements

Lifting and carrying up to 1015 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
