Alabaster- Sales Manager Assistant Full Time

Long Lewis of Alabaster is seeking a detail-oriented dependable and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant. In this role you will provide vital administrative support to our Sales Management Team assisting with tasks like data entry generating reports and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Sales Department.

While previous sales experience is preferred we are open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is focused reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to work independently are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Management Team with administrative duties including data entry and report generation.

• Maintain and organize sales documentation and records.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication within the sales process.

• Provide general administrative support to help meet departmental goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.

• Dependable and proactive with a positive attitude.

• Valid drivers license.

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
