Job Summary
This leadership position is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting aircraft return-to-service in a fast-paced airline environment.
Supervise A&P Mechanics and maintenance personnel
Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Review and approve maintenance documentation
Support return-to-service decisions
Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Operations
Promote safety quality and on-time performance
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Required
Minimum 5 years commercial aircraft maintenance experience
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance programs
Experience in line or heavy maintenance environments
Hourly Pay Range: $40.00 $52.00 per hour
Overtime eligibility based on classification
Pay offered will be based on experience qualifications and operational needs
