AIML Risk & Controls Architect

Responsibility
 - Designs the continuous monitoring framework: metrics drift/performance thresholds alerting cadence repla-cing the annual point-in-time review
 - Defines the minimum viable guardrails and controls framework for agentic AI adoption (workstream 4): access controls action boundaries human-in-the-loop checkpoints logging/auditability
 - Provides technical review of vendor AI architecture (model hosting data flow embedded-AI risk) working alongside the Regulatory SMEs contract review
 - Maintains technical documentation and evidence for the monitoring and guardrails deliverables

Required skills:
 - AI & ML model monitoring architecture agentic AI systems design AI controls/guardrail engineering familiarity with bank technology risk and model validation standards
