We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in finance and hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies. This role will focus on leveraging generative AI solutions to automate and transform finance processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance domain processes and be proficient in utilizing advanced technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

• Lead and manage projects focused on the implementation of AI/ML solutions within finance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Utilize Azure LangChain and Databricks to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on AI/ML best practices.

• Functional Domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in AI ML and Generator.
• Strong exposure to Azure IaaS LangChain and Databricks.
• Ability to work on Agentic AI solutions to automate and transform finance processes.

• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably candidates local to Minnesota.
