Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and optimize machine learning models.
- Build and deploy production-ready ML pipelines.
- Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Integrate AI models with web applications and APIs.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy.
- Work with cloud platforms to deploy scalable AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning Data Science or related field.
- 8 years of software development experience (entry-level roles may accept internships/projects).
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine Learning algorithms
- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Statistics and Linear Algebra
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with SQL and data processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying ML models into production.
- Experience building LLM-based chatbots or AI assistants.
- Knowledge of distributed systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and FastAPI.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus.
