The Agentic Ecosystem team develops the platform capabilities that power AI across TeamViewer products. We build the services integrations and architectural foundations that enable AI-powered experiences to operate securely reliably and at scale.

As a Software Architect you will define the technical direction for these capabilities helping teams design build and evolve enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real business value while meeting high standards for security governance and performance.

• Define and drive the architecture for TeamViewers AI platform and ecosystem capabilities.

• Establish architectural standards and best practices for AI-powered products integrations and platform services.

• Design scalable secure and reliable solutions that support enterprise-grade AI experiences.

• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across multiple engineering teams.

• Define approaches for testing evaluation observability and monitoring to ensure quality and reliability.

• Partner closely with engineering product and security teams to balance innovation customer value and risk management.

• Mentor senior engineers and architects while fostering engineering excellence across the organization.

• Drive strategic technology decisions related to AI platforms integrations scalability and long-term maintainability.

• 10 years of software engineering experience including significant experience in software architecture and distributed systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern cloud-native application development.

• Experience designing and delivering AI-powered applications platforms or agent-based systems in production environments.

• Proven ability to define technical strategy and guide large-scale architecture initiatives across multiple teams.

• Strong understanding of security governance scalability reliability and operational excellence within enterprise software.

• Experience establishing testing monitoring and quality practices for complex software systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
