JOB DESCRIPTION:
Education: Bachelors degree in science Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate execution across product engineering design and business teams; proactively identify and unblock risks dependencies and bottlenecks
Partner closely across product & engineering to drive day-to-day delivery and ensure plans translate into predictable execution
Act as the connective tissue across Disney Store and partner teams to drive alignment and accountability across programs
Maintain a single integrated view of the product roadmap across all initiatives; ensure clarity consistency and transparency
Establish and run core operating cadences (quarterly planning roadmap reviews status reporting)
Improve cross-team collaboration communication and visibility-particularly at leadership and stakeholder levels
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environments
Strong operator-able to bring structure clarity and momentum in ambiguous fast-moving environments
Deep partnership with engineering teams; understands software delivery realities
Excellent stakeholder management; able to influence without authority across matrixed orgs
