AI Engineer Microsoft Copilot & Generative AI Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Engineer - Microsoft Copilot & Generative AI for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte NC. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered automation to design develop and implement enterprise AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot Azure AI services Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio and modern AI technologies to enhance productivity automate business processes improve customer experiences and drive innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AI/ML prompt engineering API integration data analytics automation cloud technologies and responsible AI practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems Engineering or related field
• 5 years of software engineering AI/ML cloud engineering or automation experience
• 2 years of experience with Generative AI LLMs or Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments
• Microsoft 365 Copilot

Desired skills:

• Masters degree preferred
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containers

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
