In this role you will be working as an AI Development Engineer for a client that works in the utility industry. This position will be responsible for working with engineering and design to implement AI tools.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; 90000-$95000/Yr. Depending on experience

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
2 years of experience
Experience with python and working with APIs
Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools ( ex. ChatGPT/OpenAI/Claude APIs basic ML frameworks automation platforms like Zapier etc.)
Partner with engineers to map out repetitive or time-consuming tasks (e.g. drawing review BOM generation checking and test data analysis)
Build internal tools and scripts that integrate AI capabilities
Develop prototypes gather feedback from the staff
Document tools and processes
Help train engineering staff on how to use AI-assisted tools.
