Required Skills:

5 years as Agile Product Owner in SAFe environments

Strong experience with user stories backlog management sprint execution and MVP delivery

Experience in Retirement / Financial Services domain

Knowledge of recordkeeping plan conversions payroll and RMD workflows

Strong program & dependency management experience

Experience working in large enterprise environments with cross-team coordination

Data-driven product decision-making experience
