Merlino Construction is seeking a AGGREGATEDISPATCHERfor our facility in Renton.
Position Summary
- Dispatch dump trucks
- Schedule drivers with respect to seniority and hours worked
- Take and schedule orders
- Order materials experience with Aggregate
- Oversee drivers
- Schedule and arrange drivers for various required training testing and reviews
- Keep records of driver attendance and coaching
- Keep records and report driver injuries and accidents to appropriate parties
- Prefer a CDL or can obtain one
- Answer phones in a courteous professional manner
- Computer and Data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Experience with high call volume - up to 100 calls per day
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve quickly in real time situations
