Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI-powered applications using .NET React Azure and modern Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack engineering expertise along with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications RAG solutions AI agents and scalable cloud-native architectures. This is a leadership role responsible for driving technical strategy mentoring engineering teams and delivering intelligent AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-scale full-stack applications and React
• Architect scalable microservices and AI-enabled backend platforms
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows including RAG tool calling multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop processes
• Integrate LLMs embeddings vector databases and AI services into applications
• Build responsive React applications supporting AI copilots conversational interfaces workflow automation and intelligent dashboards
• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects Data Scientists and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions
• Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Optimize application performance scalability reliability and security across the technology stack
• Lead technical discussions mentor development teams and promote knowledge sharing
• Manage project priorities delivery timelines technical risks and stakeholder communication
• Stay current with emerging AI ecosystem updates and modern React development practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service
• Experience integrating Machine Learning models into enterprise applications
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Cursor and Claude
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone Weaviate ChromaDB Azure AI Search)
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel or Microsoft AI ecosystem
• Experience with Kubernetes Docker and cloud-native deployments
• Strong understanding of secure AI application development and Responsible AI practices
