Solution IT Inc. is looking for Agentic AI Engineer for one of its clients Secaucus NJ

Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

Agent Development & Prototyping

• Design and build AI agents using agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or similar
• Rapidly prototype and deliver POCs aligned to business use cases
• Translate functional requirements into working agent-based solutions

AI/LLM Solution Engineering

• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and workflows
• Design prompt strategies orchestration logic and agent interactions
• Optimize performance and scalability of AI agents

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements
• Support innovation initiatives and AI-led reimagination programs

Innovation & Experimentation

• Drive rapid experimentation cycles and iterative improvements
• Evaluate new tools frameworks and approaches in the agentic AI space

Required Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong 3-6 years of hands-on experience in agentic AI frameworks / AI agent development
• Proficiency in Python and LLM-based application development
• Experience in GenAI use cases and rapid prototyping
• Ability to quickly translate requirements into working solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have

• Experience in retail/eCommerce domain
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience working in POC-driven innovation environments

Work Site: Secaucus NJ

Duration: 6 Months
