Location: The Learning Experience Dedham MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time MondayFriday (3:00 PM 6:00 PM)
- Support classrooms across multiple age groups during afternoon hours
- Assist with classroom activities transitions and dismissal routines
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Provide ratio coverage as needed throughout the center
- Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler and Preschool certification required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting multiple classroom environments
- Reliable flexible and team-oriented approach
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
