Affordable Leasing Agent

CRMG is looking for an Affordable Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the lease-up 63-unit apartment community of Woodland Hearth Apartments. Amenities at this apartment community include playgrounds community gardens and a village market.

The Affordable Leasing Agent will be responsible for facilitating the apartment leasing process conducting property tours processing resident applications responding to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner completing weekly or monthly reports on leasing activity and occupancy and supporting community-building efforts and help foster a safe inclusive environment.

Location: Woodland Hearth Tigard OR

Hourly Rate: $23.00-$25.00/hr.

Schedule: Part-Time Friday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 24 hrs.

Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

What you will bring as an Affordable Leasing Agent

• One (1) year of previous customer service experience (required).
• Previous affordable property management experience (preferred).
• Basic experience with MS365 including Outlook Teams Word and Excel.
• Effectively deal with a diverse population in a professional constructive and productive manner.
• Able to prioritize and coordinate details of multiple projects or tasks.
• Basic math skills such as addition subtraction multiplication division and percentages.
• Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail self-motivated and high energy.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws State and Federal Labor Laws Fair Housing and safety protocols.
• High School degree or equivalent.
