Join a global aerospace leader supporting a nationwide source inspection program. As an Operations Scheduler youll play a critical role in coordinating inspection activities across the country ensuring the right inspectors are in the right place at the right time to meet customer and production needs.
As the Operations Scheduler Source Inspection Program youll serve as the central point of contact for inspection scheduling and coordination. Working onsite at our suppliers location youll partner with customers inspectors recruiters and operations teams to keep inspection requests moving efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role youll coordinate inspection requests with a nationwide network of quality inspectors assign work based on qualifications availability location and customer priorities and monitor inspection progress to ensure response time requirements are met. Youll proactively resolve scheduling conflicts coordinate urgent and same-day requests and maintain accurate scheduling records while balancing multiple competing priorities.
Youll also work closely with recruiting and operations teams to identify coverage needs in new geographic areas monitor inspector utilization and help drive continuous improvements that enhance scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Compensation: $2830/hour
Schedule: Full-time
- 2 years of scheduling dispatching operations coordination logistics or customer service experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Teams Word)
- Ability to quickly learn internal scheduling systems and customer software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting aerospace manufacturing quality logistics or field service operations
- Experience coordinating remote personnel or field technicians
- Familiarity with quality inspection or manufacturing environments
- Experience working directly with customer operations teams
